Is either going to be a review on the M1866, or possibly my ranking up video.
I've already actually tried reviewing the M1866 already, having someone die for me, but there was simply too much lag and other problems so it didn't turn out so well. Really want to get it out ASAP so you guys have a good idea of how it works.
So far my diagnosis on this sniper is that it;s NOT that good. It's potentially a 1 hit kill, has 100 accuracy (but I seen to miss with it more than I do with TPG or DSR), but has an EXTREMELY fast fire rate (for being bolt action anyway, or lever-action? Lol). The only problem with the fast fire rate is that you unscope after everyshot, so you don't have much time to re-aim your shot in proportion to how fast the thing can fire. I find it best to take it slow and aim your shot carefully.
However, this SR seems like it'd be the KING of Rec rules, no scope heaven. Which is a little bit of a downer for me cause I don't wanna go around just no scoping people in the Papa server.

Oh another thing. You should make more guides for certain maps. My fav videos of yours are the two towers guides. Just try to make a map guide for all the maps that come out, and even work at getting eventually all the maps reviewed and guided. Just a suggestion, since these are very helpful. ;)

Bax, I was wondering what gun i should buy for long range, like Two Towers or Snow Valley? I have M416 CQB Perm, but it FAILS at very long range, i lose them in the reticle :P

hey Bax, I've noticed that you sometimes use extended mags in your videos, or in some cases, silencers (e.g. AK-103 Review). I personally think that it is a bad idea, beacause some people who dont notice it will think the gun has a very slow reload or lower damage. Just giving you some advice. Keep up the good work :)

@Sergio He is unlikely to want to redo any review as any one review takes most of a day, and besides the time he has far too many reviews stacked up to count. The AK74M was his first review it wont be his best but he often refers to it as a very good gun.

Hey Baxstar so you are studying to go into the medical field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) I am in college studying Political Science (American Government, International Relations, Sociology) and all that good stuff. Anyway I used to play CA before I started college but I quit and my personal word of advice to you is forget video games including CA, right now is a very important time for you and me as well it is the time that we are making decisions that will affect our entire lives, don't waste precious time on a virtual world. Focus entirely on your studies, thats what Im doing.

Pointblank, I think that's on my FAQ on youtube, but if it's not (because I recently updated/changed the FAQ) I use Sony Vegas Pro 8.0, and Audacity to record my voice, and that's it lol.

ReplyDeleteLE weapons are Limited Edition weapons (in which all of them are Permanent). You must have started playing Combat Arms after they allowed all weapons to be bought for permanent duration, which really wasn't that long ago.
ReplyDeleteBefore, you could only buy special Limited Edition Permanent weapons during events in past, so those weapons will have LE on the end of them.
For example, G36E Valkyrie LE (my pride and joy) or M416 CQB LE.

ReplyDeleteBtw! The L85A1 MOD has no intergrated silencer!! and it's not green!!! it's the L85A1 MOD CAMO that is green!! (depends on what green you mean!) teh camo has like a Ghille camo but darker green!! and teh normal L85A1 MOD has some lightgreen spots on it!!
